As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager who is passionate about storytelling, brand building, and cultivating community, both in English and Spanish.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and culturally fluent Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead and execute our content, social, and community strategy. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of beauty and lifestyle branding who can write, communicate, and create in both English and Spanish—and who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal creative, eCommerce, and leadership teams to bring campaigns to life and engage a growing, values-driven audience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Own the day-to-day management of our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn)
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand launches, campaigns, and cultural moments
- Write captions and manage community engagement in both English and Spanish
- Monitor social trends and platform performance to optimize content
- Campaign Execution & Brand Voice
- Collaborate with the internal creative team and founder on marketing campaigns that reflect brand values and storytelling
- Ensure messaging is consistently on-brand and culturally relevant
- Support content creation needs including UGC sourcing, photoshoot planning, and short-form creative
Community Growth & Engagement
Manage direct messages and community responses with cultural sensitivity and brand voiceSupport influencer partnerships, giveaways, and collaborationsTrack and report performance KPIs (engagement rate, reach, CTR, saves, etc.)Email & Cross-Channel Support
Work with email / retention teams to ensure consistency across digital touchpointsContribute ideas for blogs or other brand content when neededRequirements
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in social media or brand marketing (beauty, CPG, or lifestyle preferred)Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong writing skills in both languagesDeep understanding of Instagram and emerging social media trendsExperience working with in-house creative teams and / or founder-led brandsStrong attention to detail and brand voiceHighly organized and deadline-orientedAvailable to work PST hoursPreferred
Experience managing influencer / creator relationshipsFamiliarity with scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Sprout, etc.)Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteCultural fluency in U.S. Latinx and Mexican-American marketsWhat You'll Gain
