Job Title : SAP HCM Consultant

Job Description :

As a SAP HCM consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Human Capital Management solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Strong SAP experience with hands-on configuration skills in HR functional area.
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican Payroll regulations and experience with payroll processing.
• Excellent organizational management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven expertise in personnel administration, employee self-service, and manager self-service functionalities.
• Experience in designing and developing custom HR Fiori applications using front-end design principles and backend service approaches.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and time management processes.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors platform and ability to support its implementation.
• Ability to build interfaces to support data transfer to and from multiple vendors.
• Expertise in creating training materials and user guides with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in tools like ABAP Query and LSMW with ability to create functional specifications for ABAP developments.
