Manage SAP projects in alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.

Analyze maintenance and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot SAP-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

Develop and deliver user training sessions to promote effective system usage.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Perfil buscado

More than 10 years of overall experience in the technology field.

Over 5-6 years of experience in SAP projects, including implementation roles.

Proven track record in managing SAP implementations and providing ongoing system support.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Advanced English proficiency.

Solid experience in the manufacturing sector.

Strong administrative and leadership skills, including task delegation, urgency level assessment, meeting coordination with executive leadership, and solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
