Chief Workflow Automation Engineer

OverviewTechnical Leadership Opportunity Jarvio is a workflow automation platform powering eCommerce brands.

Our platform combines AI, automation, and workflows to help brands grow faster without scaling headcount.We are looking for a technical leader to own the architecture, scalability, and reliability of our platform.

You will be hands-on in building our workflow automation engine while also guiding technical decisions across the stack.The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in backend engineering, with at least 2+ years in a principal or lead capacity.

They will have proven expertise with Python / FastAPI and AWS services, as well as a strong track record of designing and scaling distributed systems or workflow automation engines.As a technical leader, you will be responsible for implementing FastAPI services, event-driven processes (SQS / Lambda), and production-grade data pipelines.

You will also oversee database schema design and safe migrations for high-volume, multi-tenant systems.Additionally, you will add deep observability across systems : monitoring, logging, metrics, retries, and alerts.
