About the Job:

Join us as an RTR Specialist I, supporting global Finance operations and core Record-to-Report (RTR) activities.

You’ll work on key accounting processes, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while helping ensure financial accuracy and compliance with global standards.

• Full English fluency required — daily communication, meetings, and reporting are in English
• 100% Onsite (Mon–Fri) — role is based at our corporate office in Insurgentes Sur 1271, CDMX

In your future role as RTR Specialist I, you will:

• Execute core RTR accounting activities
• Post manual and recurring journal entries
• Process salary uploads and support payroll accounting, including US & Canada benefits
• Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, revaluations, and other closing tasks
• Prepare reports and perform Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Review BS and P&L results, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Clear suspense and balance sheet accounts based on company policies
• Coordinate financial audits and support statutory reporting when needed
• Collaborate with controlling, reporting, customer service, sales, and other stakeholders
• Support process improvements and standardization initiatives
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with IFRS, internal controls, and corporate guidelines
• Manage deadlines and take ownership of deliverables, especially during month-end close

We believe you bring

• Educational background in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3–5+ years of experience in accounting, AP, AR, Cash, or similar finance roles
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience with ADP is a plus
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skill
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail
• Team-player attitude and collaborative approach
• Availability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Insurgentes Sur
