Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the financial health and tax compliance of our operations.
- Perform daily accounting tasks including invoicing, billing, and documentation procedures.
- Prepare full sets of accounting including AR, AP, and GL, and assist in monthly closing work.
- Complete internal and external reporting on a timely and accurate basis, and prepare schedules related to CIT / VAT / other involved taxes compliance tasks from reporting to payment submission.
- Update local tax policies and highlight potential risks or issues from a tax perspective.
- Liaise with other parties including internal and external auditors, tax agents, tax authority, lawyers, bank representatives, etc.
- Assist with ad-hoc reports or projects assigned by high-level management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting.3+ years of experience preferably in big 4 firms or multinational companies.Good command of both written and spoken English.Excellent knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and practices.Computer literacy using MS Office applications.Proficiency in using Ms. Excel for analysis.Strong team player skills with self-adaptation and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Benefits
