Job OpportunityThe role of a General Ledger Manager is crucial in overseeing the overall design for a specific process area.Finance professionals must share expertise and knowledge related to finance operating models and process structure.Understanding current manual JE and Recons process complexities fosters standardization.Recommendations based on leading practices address business and operational needs for the GL process.Coordinate working sessions with diverse operational teams.Participate in process redesign through prioritization to identify rational and expected impact.Define required capabilities with the IT team for the future process.Maintain strong communication with project leadership to notify status updates.Propose mitigation plans / actions for identified risks and issues timely.Develop operational and strategic KPIs and reports for the future process.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field is required.At least 6 years of experience managing or leading General Ledger process.Experience in E2E implementation projects.Bilingual Spanish / English (B2+ level or higher).
Desirable RequirementsSAP HANA understanding is desirable.Process improvement certifications are beneficial.
