Purpose :
Effectively manage labor relations within the organization, serving as the liaison between the Operations Department and direct personnel.
Main Responsibilities :
- Direct personnel hiring processes
- Monitoring turnover and absenteeism metrics
- Implementation of disciplinary measures
- Event administration
