Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital software product development & delivery projects with a cross-functional team.
• Manage international projects of various sizes and scopes, including near- and offshoring teams.
• Apply Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean Startup, SAFe) to drive project success.
• Track project spend and ensure alignment with budgets and business goals.
• Communicate decisions and rationales clearly to business unit stakeholders and development teams.
• Utilize Lean techniques, QA testing, and development best practices to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate effectively using MS Office and Atlassian tools.
• Travel up to 10% globally as needed.
