Lead Business Analyst...

As an Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in maintaining and supporting a command-and-control system that ensures the safe and efficient movement of trains across networks. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a strategic project for a global leader in rail technology and innovation.

You'll work closely with various stakeholders to provide full operational visibility and monitoring of critical infrastructure devices. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Advanced English language skills
• At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce
• Strong experience working with Salesforce dashboards and reports
• Excellent CRM data entry and maintenance skills, with high accuracy in updating and validating records (Salesforce or similar platforms)
• Ability to follow and adhere to detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Department Operational Agreements (DOAs)
• Data quality management skills, including daily data loads, validations, and duplicate cleanup
• Strong attention to detail when handling high-volume tasks
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting, and organizing large datasets
• Clear and structured written communication for tickets and documentation
• Time management skills, with the ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in updating and validating CRM data to maintain accuracy
• Supporting process adherence based on internal SOPs and DOAs
• Providing precise support for daily operational tasks
• Effective coordination and communication with team members and stakeholders
