Role DescriptionBusiness partner with VDMO in terms of manufacturing costs (labor, overhead, ODC, CAPEX)Give support to prepare business casesProvides clear view of manufacturing costs / CAPEX in terms of actual, forecast, and budget expenditures.Drive the monthly, forecast and budget preparation of manufacturing costs and CAPEX for VDMOMaintains provisions and supports balances through analyses and roll forwardsManage raw material and finished good inventoriesEnter journal entries and perform account analysesAnalyzes margin and explains variances vs forecast and budgetFinance liaison with volume planning by actively participating in weekly & monthly SOP's along with providing support and counsel during forecast, budget, and strategic planning activitiesIntroduction to BRPMS through active participation in master planning,balanced scorecard management, and continuous improvement activitiesBe able to work as a team and report to all levels of managementAccuracy is required in a diverse rapidly changing environment; must not be afraid to ask questionsOther duties as assigned by director of financeAdditional InformationBachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is preferredMinimum 5 years experience in cost accounting, financial reporting or arelated fieldMicrosoft Office & SAP knowledge (FI-CO)CMA designation or willingness to complete within 2-4 years of hireAbility to work independentlyLeadership, dedication, capacity to perform under pressure and a striveto grow professionallyGood interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicatewith all levelsFlexibility within a continuously changing environmentMust be well organized and detail orientedDiscipline
