Position OverviewDevelop and execute marketing strategies that drive traffic, sales, profitability, and brand positioning while ensuring consistent execution across restaurants, digital channels, and delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan.
• Design promotional campaigns aimed at increasing traffic, average ticket size, and customer frequency.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget.
• Analyze business performance, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
• Lead pricing, promotional, and market analysis initiatives.
• Manage external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Coordinate campaign execution across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement digital marketing and performance strategies.
• Prepare executive reports and business recommendations based on data analysis.
• Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.

Perfil del candidato

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience within Fast Food, Restaurants, Food & Beverage, Retail, or other high-volume consumer-facing industries.
• Proven experience leading marketing strategies for multi-unit operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management, profitability analysis, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM platforms, and paid media channels.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
