Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Master Scheduler, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
• Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with warehouse racking systems, material flow, and logistics operations.
• Strong experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, AS/400) for inventory management, material tracking, and traceability.
• Experience in supply chain and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, and production kitting.
• Knowledge of electronic components and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls, moisture-sensitive materials, lot traceability, and part number management.
• Experience managing critical materials, including chemicals, soldering materials, and batteries, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Strong understanding of FIFO inventory practices, inventory accuracy, obsolescence control, and stock availability.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S and Kanban.
• Proven leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train warehouse personnel on equipment operation, material handling, barcode scanning, and RFID systems.
• Experience monitoring and reporting KPIs, including inventory accuracy, delivery cycle time, productivity, and freight costs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent production downtime.
