We are a strategic team focused on supporting new sellers in the SHEIN Marketplace, guiding them through onboarding and their initial growth phase. Our goal is to build sustainable, long-term partnerships that lead to shared success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Guide new sellers through onboarding and provide ongoing support during their early stage.
- Understand their business models, identify areas for improvement, and offer actionable insights.
- Build trust-based relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Take ownership of incubation-related projects to improve processes and seller experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless seller journey.
Requirements :
Professional EnglishStrong interest in business and e-commerce.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, patient, organized, and resilient.Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables).This is not a sales role, but experience or interest in sales and negotiation is highly valued.
