Your Impact

In this role, your contributions will help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry.

What You’ll Do:

• You will have direct contact with American clients to support them and provide solutions.
• Assist clients in resolving their immediate issues.
• Answering incoming calls, paging on-call doctors and technicians.
• Accurately document messages and ensure they are delivered to the correct personnel on time.
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are recorded for future reference.
• Use technological platforms to provide the best support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for customer service.
• Preferably experience in a call center.
• 90% proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Shift availability.

What We Offer and Important Information:

• Salary: $15,000 pesos per month (gross salary)
• Weekly bonuses up to $2,100 (based on performance, attendance, etc.)
• Shift availability: Monday- Friday, 6:00 am-3:00 pm PST. Every other Saturday, 8:00 am- 12:00 pm PST (Extra hours)
