Cash Applications Specialist

Cash Applications is an individual contributing position that does require the ability to be a member of the team to accomplish team goals

• The Cash Application Specialist can hold oneself accountable to their individual workload, while assisting other team member’s that need assistance.

Essential Functions and Results Expectations

• Processing over 400 payments daily
• Post cash receipts to the correct division and account both timely and accurately
• Responding to research inquiries via e-mail & phone.
• Contacting debtors about payment remittances
• Communicating with various departments concerning application of funds
• Maintain attention to detail
• Able to work as an individual and hold oneself accountable to meet deadlines

Essential Duties and Functions

• Actively engage in scheduling, planning and facilitating an effective one-on-one with my leader on a weekly.
• Proactively utilize Call Copy ad a performance review tool to seek and engage feedback from my leader.
• Seek career development through courses offered by England Logistics
• Researches issues that arise and provide a solution
