The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) serves as the site's medical representative in the FC.

The OMR provides first aid, proactively analyzes tasks for potential safety issues, participates in the workers' compensation process, and implements a site wellness program.Key responsibilitiesManage AmCare room and attend to occupational health prevention and medical emergency cases on site.Support the site associates with Return to Work (RTW) plans following occupational recommendations for injury / illness, in addition to supporting accommodation for vulnerable people at work.Manage AmCare supplies stock, procurement and emergency equipment inspection.Maintain associate confidentiality and keep controlled access to the AmCare room.Report to the WHS Manager (Site WHS Manager / WHS Manager / Multi-Site WHS Manager) and support an assigned site as medical representative.NotesNotes : Standard work includes essential routine and non-routine tasks for each role, tactical or strategic in nature.

Additional tasks not captured in this standard work may arise from business needs.About The TeamWHS Manager, Safety Specialist and Onsite Medical Representatives.Basic QualificationsHigh school or equivalent diplomaCPR course2+ years of providing emergency services in a pre-hospital settingKnowledge of Microsoft Office products and applicationsValid card evidencing successful completion of a first aid, CPR, and AED course from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or willingness to obtain it within four weeks of employmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with workers\' compensationExperience and certification in teaching first-aid, CPR and AEDExperience in emergency responseOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
