About The Opportunity

Higher education customers are transforming to modern campuses while leveraging technology and

solutions to enable student success. We are seeking an innovative Cloud Engineer I to join our Cloud

Operations team to help drive the modernization of the Ellucian applications to enable a true SaaS

experience.

We are looking for innovators who are passionate about building & creating something new and

exciting. This is a high impact role that requires rich technical experience paired with an

entrepreneurial spirit to sculpt Ellucian into a leader in SaaS applications for Higher Education. You will join a dedicated team onboarding, managing and troubleshooting clients using Ellucian's

Identity Federation Service.

Where you will make an impact

• Streamlining client onboarding through automated configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with relevant teams.
• Identify potential automation opportunities to help streamline team processes.
• Support the management of enterprise-scale cloud environments delivering SaaS solutions, utilizing ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) and tools like ServiceNow.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned specializations. Publish, improve, and maintain technical documentation along with processes and procedures.
• Work well with cross-functional global and remote teams.
