Salesforce Team Lead

We are seeking a Salesforce Team Lead to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Salesforce Team lead at Marsh, you will lead a team of Salesforce developers while working closely with project managers, product owners, and Salesforce administrators. You will oversee technical analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and support for Salesforce customizations and integrations.

We will count on you to

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform technical analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and support for Salesforce customizations and integrations leveraging Sales Cloud.
• Design the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for Salesforce customizations.
• Oversee Apex development, including interfaces, classes, controllers, and triggers while effectively managing platform governors and limits.
• Oversee administration tasks of the MMA Salesforce environment as assigned by the Salesforce platform manager.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using web services, APIs, and AppExchange packages.
• Develop reusable Lightning Web Components using JavaScript and HTML.
• Provide Tier 3 support for Salesforce applications and manage service tickets needing escalation to Salesforce.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Salesforce platform, developing a deep knowledge of the MMA instance and how it supports downstream and upstream systems.
