Job Title : Client Accounting Manager

Location : Remote (LATAM)

Salary Range : 2500 – 3500 USD / month base + performance bonuses (OTE : 4,000–5,500 USD / month)

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM (PST)

Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and detail‑oriented Client Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients and ensure exceptional service delivery across recurring accounting operations. This is a high‑ownership, client‑facing role focused on monthly financial reviews, communication with business owners and executives, and coordination of internal accounting teams.

The ideal candidate has both strong technical accounting knowledge and excellent relationship management skills, able to explain financials clearly, guide internal processes, and build trust with clients over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure timely completion of key accounting functions, including payroll, month‑end close, AR / AP management, sales tax, and 1099 processing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop your team to support client accounting functions.
