As a member of the C-Level team, the Chief Product Officer will act as a visionary leader, team supervisor and advocate of digital products.
She / he must oversee business model, organization and technology context to define how the company creates digital products that deliver value to both business and customers.
The strategic product direction is crucial for launching digital products with huge exponential value. This direction must include product vision, innovation, design, development, management and marketing.
CPO must balance / complement strategic leadership qualities with managerial and operational skills. They have relevant experience in a variety of product related roles ensuring an in-depth knowledge to effectively manage all aspects of the digital products.
This role will provide strategic planning, leadership, team development, training and adherence to company's vision. Fintech and / or financial products experience is preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Define high-level plan describing 'what' the business needs to accomplish with its product and 'how' it should be done according to user / customer needs throughout its lifecycle.
- Define realistic product vision aligned to the company vision.
- Understand and manage the design process from discovery stages to iterate products that solve users' problems or address specific needs in a given market.
- Centralize key insights from data analytics, customer success metrics, user testing, user research, etc., and use them through frameworks to make product decisions.
- Collaborate with Technology and Growth through all the stages involved in bringing a product from a concept / idea to market release and beyond.
CPO will own the digital products entire journeys and structure the product organization
