Customer Care Representative
📍 Monterrey, N.L. | Full-time (6 days a week)
We’re looking for Customer Care Representatives with excellent English and proven e-commerce experience — the kind that involves tickets, orders, returns, and shipping claims.
You’ll join a fast-paced, multitasking team that :
📞 Takes calls
💬 Handles e-commerce tickets (Shopify, Walmart, Amazon, etc.)
📧 Responds to customer emails and product inquiries
If you’ve worked in e-commerce customer support , you already know what it takes : speed, structure, and a genuine commitment to solving problems the right way.
⚠️ Fair warning (with love) : this job is for a mechanical tools company ⚙️ If you have no idea what a recoil starter does, or think “2-stroke” sounds like a gym routine — this might not be for you. ⚠️
But if you’re mechanically curious, hands-on, or simply eager to learn how engines work, you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for people who can connect with customers, think on their feet, and speak both service and machine .
