• Lead and drive business transformation initiatives across multiple industries, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
• Design, optimize, and implement business processes with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Manage projects end-to-end, leveraging best-in-class project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Build, mentor, and lead multifunctional teams, fostering collaboration across regions and departments.
• Partner with stakeholders in Brazil, Mexico, and global teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
• Monitor progress, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones and KPIs.
• Support the formation and growth of the Business Transformation Mexico team to prepare for upcoming strategic projects.
