Position Summary : Responsible for creating the yearly planning,development and implementation of all marketing strategies and marketingcommunications, both external and internal.
Oversees development andimplementation of support materials and tactics for the different team chaptersin the area of marketing, communications (media), digital, creative,promotions, below-the-line and market research.
Directs the efforts of themarketing function at a strategic and senior cross-functional level with otherfuntions inside and outside of the Organization to oversee a correct tacticalimplementation and to help meet financial goals.
The position is accountablefor creating, implement and measure the success of brand awareness topositively impact the overall number of transactions and customer countcompared to plan and previous year.Position Responsibilities : "Create the yearlymarketing operating plan to ensure the articulation to a strategic level of thebrand image and positioning. Assure consistent communication of image andpositioning throughout the Organization and to all constituencies, whichinclude to oversee the appearance of all the advertising print and electronicmaterials sent to stores or to the media, giving direction and guiding on-planmarketing efforts to both internal and external (extended) teams in the mediabuying and the creative agencies."Create and managethrough the Promotions Manager the yearly promotional calendar in associationwith the senior Merchandising staff to impact both DIY and AZC salessuccessfully over key seasonalities, making extensive use of all internalprinted and electronic materials inside an outside the store.
Oversee thedevelopment of such materials with the creative team.Commissioning marketresearch and interpreting data about the parts market and it's target groups tooffer customer insights to key functional areas to provide strategic and meaningfulsupport that contributes to meet the Organization's goals in terms of customersatisfaction.Develop short andlong-term plans and budgets for the marketing above the line (ATL) and belowthe line (BTL) programs and its activities.
Monitor progress, assureaccountability adherence and evaluate performance to report back to theMarketing VPWork with peers andother senior staff members to develop and maintain the strategic perspective -based on marketplace and constituent needs and satisfaction - inorganizational direction, program and services, and decision-making.Recruit, train,appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified marketingpersonnelPosition Requirements : Level of Formal Education : A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study : Marketing, Business, EngineeringYears of Experience : More than seven years.Type of Experience : Experience in Automotive industry or FMCG a plus.
