We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer.ResponsibilitiesGap Analysis & Requirements Blue printing : conduct gap analysis with customer requirements, participate in blue printing workshops to gather technical requirements, and provide proofs of concept for quick wins.Oversight of the Development : define technical best practices to suit the project and customer needs; oversee design and development processes; coordinate with functional and other technical teams; create and maintain the integration strategy plans.Experience and Deliverables : 12+ years of IT and D365 experience; at least 3-5 end-to-end implementations; experienced in evaluating ISV solutions; team management skills to lead the technical team.Technical Qualifications : deep knowledge of X++ coding and OOP concepts; experience in SSRS report development and customizing out-of-the-box reports; integration with external applications (real-time and batch); understanding of the D365 F&O architecture and best practices; deep knowledge of Life Cycle Services and Microsoft Sure Step implementation methodology; experience with deployment processes and upgrade services; strong DevOps experience in setting up new environments and pipelines for code migration.Experience & Qualifications12+ years of IT and D365 experienceAt least 3-5 end-to-end implementationsExperience evaluating ISV solutionsTeam management skills to manage the technical teamMust have bilingual experience in English and SpanishWhy Cognizant?
