As a highly skilled Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for leading the organization's human resource function and performance. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate various HR initiatives to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities :

- Function as a strategic business advisor to the senior management team, providing expert advice on human capital matters.
- Develop and implement initiatives, policies, and programs to enhance existing practices and promote consistency across the organization.
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiency and attractiveness to retain top talent.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management.7+ years of professional HR experience, preferably from a services-oriented business with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively.What We Offer :
