Proposal Development ExpertAs a Proposal Development Expert, your primary responsibility will be to create compelling proposals that meet customer needs.

This involves gathering cost data, timelines, and technical elements to craft proposals in line with Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications.Analyzing customer scopes and specificationsEnsuring proposal preparation procedures are followed and identifying areas for process improvementAssigning tasks to the team to meet proposal submission deadlines and generating cost calculations and sales pricesAssessing and evaluating technical, commercial, exchange rate risks, and preparing cash flow projectionsConducting cost and technical solution analyses to identify potential improvements or cost optimizationsRegistering offers on Salesforce and preparing regular reports for visualizing status and sales forecastsA Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in a similar positionKnowledge of technical and economic proposal preparation processes, participation in public and private tenders, and experience with projects involving electrical, control, and automation systemsIntermediate-advanced English language skillsA high sense of commitment and responsibility, results-oriented, and analytical abilityYou will work closely with the factory management, commercial, engineering, and procurement teams to meet submission deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
