Supply Chain Operations Manager
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for leading the sales and operations planning process. This role focuses on optimizing processes, implementing technology, coordinating cross-functional activities, and developing strategies to meet service, operational efficiency, and budget goals.
- Lead sales and operations planning meetings and monthly collaborative forecasting processes.
- Manage inventory levels to meet sales plans.
- Oversee the master production schedule and materials requirement plan.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Facilitate communication between key areas and coordinate new product introductions.
- Implement technological tools and maintain key performance indicators.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, logistics, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, sales and operations planning, and supply chain management.Advanced knowledge of technological tools (ERP, Power BI, Excel, etc.).Advanced English language skills.Key Competencies : Leadership, strategic thinking, results orientation, analytical skills, and technical expertise.
