The Account Manager role at our company involves driving the adoption and growth of our digital solutions, focusing on our flagship products. This position requires managing the entire sales cycle, with a focus on closing deals, expanding our client base, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include proactively sourcing and qualifying leads through strategic outbound prospecting efforts, conducting thorough discovery calls and needs assessments, developing and presenting compelling sales presentations and proposals, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, negotiating contract terms, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, staying informed about industry trends, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and present customized sales presentations and proposals that meet the specific needs and goals of prospective clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from prospecting to closing and implementation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, 2-4 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the SaaS or payments technology industry, and strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools is also essential.
