Talent Management AdvisorMexico City (hybrid working)OverviewThe Talent Management Advisor is a newly created role within the Talent function, responsible for delivering talent initiatives and training across regions.
This position will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of a global talent and development strategy aligned with RWG's vision and values.
The role involves close collaboration with the wider Talent Management team and business leaders to drive impactful learning and development programs, career pathways, and talent technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver talent and training programs across diverse businesses, geographies, and functions.Collaborate with Talent Management Business Partners to design and deliver tailored training solutions.Support the creation and implementation of career pathways across the organization.Develop future-focused, business-relevant content for learning programs such as Good to Greats, Masterclass, Management Development, Core Training, Recruitment Skills, CRM Induction Training, and Onboarding.Oversee administrative tasks and logistics related to training needs.Conduct post-intervention check-ins to assess impact, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement using qualitative and quantitative data to inform developmental solutions.Talent TechnologiesRegularly update and manage content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Support the implementation of Cornerstone LMS for performance management, succession planning, etc.Deliver training sessions (and refreshers) on technical tools such as Zenith, Power BI, Profile, Learning Hub, SharePoint, Unified Communications, and Microsoft tools.Facilitate roll-out sessions for new products / features across the business; test new features for potential use cases.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceStrong communication skills to diagnose needs effectively while providing creative solutions for internal and external clients.Proven experience in delivering end-to-end employee development solutions including needs analysis, design, delivery of leadership development programs, performance management, succession planning, career development, and talent analytics.Ability to think creatively and recommend innovative solutions tailored to business needs.Expertise in collating, analyzing, and evaluating data with the ability to report findings through various methods (e.g., post-workshop evaluation feedback).
Strong project management skills with a commercial mindset in delivery.Agile mindset; adaptable in flexible global teams with multidisciplinary approaches.Experience working across multiple geographies while aligning strategies to local cultural contexts where necessary.Ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership teams and executives.Advanced fluency in Spanish and English is required.This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving impactful talent initiatives globally.
