Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Take ownership of production support activities and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Linux-based systems and Hadoop clusters.
• Manage and support AWS services to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide 24 / 7 global support as required, ensuring uptime and reliability of critical systems.
• Implement and enhance Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
