Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support - NO CALLS.
Position Summary
Player Support communicates with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).
Responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to easily adapt in a constant evolution environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks communicated.
Full-time availability
High School Diploma preferred but not required.
Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico.
Training and Schedule
THE TRAINING WILL BE ON THE NIGHT SHIFT (2 WEEKS)
Compensation and Benefits
Salary : $10,500 gross (before taxes)
