Global Manufacturing operations company is looking for strategic management for the Customer Service team.

Overview of the Role

Responsible for coordinating tasks and projects related to improving customer service, supervising and ensuring the good performance of each customer service executive under their charge to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities :

• Design strategies to ensure excellence in customer satisfaction.
• Supervise activities carried out by internal and external market executives.
• Guarantee compliance with policies and procedures in the sales order processes.
• Develop and mentor Customer Service Executives to support their professional careers and enhance their contributions within the company.
• Set goals and projects for the Customer Service team to foster their growth and professional development.
• Assemble reports with metrics on service effectiveness and delivery times.
• Prepare and manage department's budget.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and BRC standards regarding documentation records and customer satisfaction related to sales orders.
