Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsibilities include technical support and leadership in delivering solutions that meet business needs. Build and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned tasks within the project lifecycle.
- Contribute detailed technical designs aligned with customer requirements.
- Install and update systems, firmware, and drivers; configure and test applications.
- Assist in technical presentations and customer meetings.
- Work independently or with minimal guidance from technical leads.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand company strategy and individual role impact.
- Leverage knowledge tools and contribute to technical forums and communities.
- May be required to attend client site based on project needs.
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in network management, operational monitoring, and / or network project implementation.At least 5 years of experience in network project implementation and design.Deep knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless, and security environments.Strong expertise in Cisco Collaboration Solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications.Cisco Call ManagerCisco Unity ConnectionCisco Voice GatewayProtocols : H323, SIP, MGCP, SCCPSBC AudioCodesStrong skills in voice, switching, routing, wireless and security.Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, Cisco Expressway, and Jabber / Webex.Experience managing, supporting, and deploying network infrastructures.Excellent communication skills for global user and client interaction.Desired Skills
Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management practices.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT Networking and / or Security.Flexibility to work outside business hours during maintenance windows.Experience with Cisco ISE, DNA, Cloud Firewall, and segmentation strategies.Experience with cloud solutions (implementation and operations).Cisco certifications (CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration) are a plus.Scripting skills (Python, TCL) for automation and provisioning are desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
