Amazon Mexico is seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to develop robust transportation network capabilities in Mexico. The role requires working with internal and external stake-holders to design, plan, implement and execute inbound and outbound transportation network required to accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead new launch integration related to new nodes configuration with AMZL internal systems.
- Ensure data fidelity of the quality reports and quality assurance processes.
- Process data from various resources and share analysis with the team.
- Drive execution and efficiency through data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving.
- Monitor and analyze quality of process, identify root causes of deviations through cause and effect analysis, and develop corresponding action plans to reduce future incidents.
- Participate in quality initiatives and projects for their execution.
- Review and update SOPs as required.
- Lead 8-15 planners to execute routing through the country.
- A day in the life includes program / project management, daily ops meetings, people management, engagement activities, KPI discussions, and leading the team in daily work.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalentSpeak, write, and read fluently in English2+ years of employee and performance management experienceWork a flexible schedule / shift / work area, including weekends, nights, and / or holidaysKnowledge of Kaizen and Lean methodology techniques2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experiencePreferred Qualifications
