Engineer II, IT Cloud

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS to support and enhance our cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with the Cloud Architecture team to implement scalable, secure, and automated solutions aligned with established designs. Responsibilities include managing infrastructure as code, optimizing performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting CI / CD workflows. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in AWS services, automation tools, and cloud security, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will perform technical duties related to cloud computing, including planning, design, and maintenance.

How you will make an impact :

• Manage support tickets and address user inquiries via phone
• Troubleshoot system errors, document solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues
• Write automation scripts and troubleshoot cloud loads to meet business requirements
• Develop cloud solutions in partnership with architects
• Research new techniques for Cloud Design and Automation
• Translate technical requirements from customers and present evaluations to technical leads
