We are looking for a Learning Experience Design Specialist

Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field; or High School Diploma / General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experience.

• 3+ years of experience graphic design, procedure writing, and / or multimedia content creation.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in design tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360.
• Basic knowledge of adult learning methodologies, needs of the modern learner as a consumer of information, and current trends impacting organizational development.
• Experience with eLearning concepts, tools and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with e-Learning design, video / media production and editing.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Partner with the Organizational Development team, functional training teams, and Subject Matter experts (SMEs) to do rapid iteration design, develop, and implement practical learning experiences aligned to business objectives.
