🕒 Schedule : Monday to Friday | Full-Time

💰 Salary : Direct Hire + Performance Bonuses

You’ll play a key role in connecting top talent with our clients across the U.S., ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🎯 Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process — job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

🔍 Sourcing Excellence : Use platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to identify top candidates.

🤝 Candidate Management : Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide a smooth, professional experience throughout the hiring process.

📊 Strategic Hiring : Support hiring for Tier 2 and Tier 3 roles , managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

💬 Client Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.

📅 Recruiting Operations : Handle administrative processes, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reporting.

✅ Requirements

📘 Experience & Education

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing the full recruitment cycle .
• U.S. recruitment experience (required).
• Experience in specialized recruitment — a huge plus.
• IT recruitment background is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 positions effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
