Overview

Eli Lilly is at the forefront of advancing cancer care, driving innovation in oncology to improve patient outcomes. We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) who will translate scientific evidence into meaningful clinical practice, uncover critical insights from the oncology landscape, and support cross-functional strategies that accelerate access to breakthrough therapies for those living with cancer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scientific Engagement & Education – Deliver balanced, evidence-based discussions and tailored education to oncologist, multidisciplinary care teams , and payer influencers.

2. KOL Relationship Management – Map, prioritize, and sustain trust-based partnerships with scientific & clinical experts.

3. Insight Generation – Capture unmet needs and therapeutic trends; translate findings into concise reports that drive medical plans, evidence generation, and launch tactics.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Provide compliant scientific support to Access, Commercial, Regulatory, Marketing, Compliance, and any function requiring medical input in a non-promotion way.

5. Compliance Leadership – Uphold Lilly’s zero-tolerance ethics culture and ensure all activities meet local / global standards and regulations.
