This role requires an individual with deep expertise in SAP architecture and experience in delivering high-quality services.Key Responsibilities : Enterprise Architecture & Strategic ConsultingDesign and implement comprehensive SAP solution architectures tailored to client needs, ensuring cohesive and scalable solutions across platforms.Define organizational structures and processes across SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, and related platforms.Lead enterprise-level digital transformations, including system integrations and migrations.Collaborate with technical teams to design data interfaces and integrations via platforms like SAP BTP.Guide SAP project lifecycles, ensuring strategic alignment and technical robustness.Service Delivery Management (SAP AMS)Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP AMS services, prioritizing exceptional client satisfaction.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engaging stakeholders from CIOs to end-users.Manage service contracts and align delivery models with customer requirements.Identify process improvement opportunities and implement service enhancements.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead cross-functional project and delivery teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.Mentor junior consultants and integrate new team members into the team.Provide thought leadership on SAP best practices and emerging technologies.
