Position Summary

This role’s primary mission is to plan, coordinate and control within the production area all required activities to ensure the company’s product is manufactured and delivered on time according to customer requirements, and main KPI’s are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to production staff to ensure that area’s KPIs are met.
• Direct responsibility to ensure a safe work environment.
• Coordinate and control all activities to maintain or improve quality level of the product and scrap control.
• Achieve daily production plan and shipment plan.
• Control production efficiency, maintaining approved headcount and efficient use of production resources.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to improve KPIs, production processes and work environment.
• Select and hire staff within the approved budget; develop and cross-train production staff.
• Maintain a respectful relationship with subordinates and co-workers.
