⚡ ¡BUSCAMOS AL / LA PRÓXIMO / A GENERAL MANAGER DE PAGOS B2B! 🚀

Ubicación : México, San Luis Potosí

¿Estás listo / a para liderar una unidad de negocio con total autonomía de P&L y transformar el futuro de los Pagos B2B y la Adquirencia en el mercado? Buscamos a un / a líder estratégico / a con mentalidad Fintech para impulsar nuestro crecimiento y rentabilidad.

¿Qué harás en este rol (Impacto y Desafío)?

Este no es un rol de gestión tradicional. Serás el / la CEO de la Unidad de Pagos , con responsabilidad directa sobre :

Crecimiento Explosivo y Rentabilidad :

  • Gestionar el P&L completo y optimizar la rentabilidad, buscando continuamente eficiencias de COGS / CAPEX.
  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia Go-to-Market (GTM) para el segmento B2B, logrando un crecimiento sostenido de clientes activos y volumen de pago.

Innovación en Productos y Servicios :

  • Liderar la evolución de nuestro negocio adquirente y agregador , definiendo un roadmap claro para la aceptación de pagos ( open and closed loops ).
  • Desarrollar soluciones de hardware y software de próxima generación (ej. lanzamiento de nuevos POS y soluciones flexibles).

    • Liderazgo de Equipos de Alto Rendimiento :

  • Crear, retener y desarrollar nuestro Dream Team comercial (Ventas, Account Development , Onboarding ).
  • Fomentar una cultura de colaboración, seguridad y diversidad , impulsando el desarrollo profesional.

    • Buscamos a un / a Líder con experiencia en :

  • 🏆 Liderazgo Ejecutivo : Experiencia en roles senior, idealmente en Pagos , Fintech , o Servicios Financieros Comerciales .
  • 📊 Estrategia Data-Driven : Capacidad para transformar data y market insights en acciones tácticas y estratégicas, con un enfoque implacable en la disciplina comercial (Salesforce, Pipeline Management ).
  • 📈 Gestión de Métricas : Sólida experiencia manejando métricas críticas como LTV / CAC , EBITDA y NPS.
  • 🤝 Experiencia B2B / Comercial : C onocimiento profundo de las soluciones de Capital de Trabajo y optimización de DPO / DSO .
