Job Summary   Learnlight is dedicated to developing talent with innovative training in languages, intercultural and communication skills.    We are seeking English trainers in Monterrey to deliver language classes.

Trainers can expect to teach in-person sessions at our client offices across the city, with the opportunity to receive online sessions when available.

On average, trainers can expect one in-person session per workday in different offices within Monterrey, such as Monterrey Centro, General Escobedo, Ciudad Apodaca, San Pedro Garza García, Santa Catarina and Pesquería among others.  We welcome applications from experienced educators as well as other professionals with a great aptitude for speaking English fluently.

They are a highly valued member of an ever-growing team of people who are proud of what they do and are excited about innovative methods for teaching.     Responsibilities Travelling on average once a workday to a client’s office for an in-person session, in addition to conducting online sessions when applicable Delivering dynamic, effective and engaging sessions to students   Providing valuable, written feedback to students   Monitoring students’ progress and guiding students towards their learning goals   Communicating in an efficient, effective and professional manner with our internal team     Requirements    Availability : commitment within our peak times, Monday to Friday  Willingness to travel around the city for face-to-face classes Strong command of English (must be advanced or fully proficient)     High school / college graduate (college degree can be in progress)  Creative, dynamic and friendly   Professional attitude and willingness to learn   Interest in gaining language teaching experience at an EdTech company      Technical Requirements   Internet connection with 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed    A portable laptop computer UTP cable and UPS (emergency battery) with 30 minutes of backup charging   Headset with internal microphone    Must have noise-free space for online teaching     Conditions include   Permanent contract Eligibility for monthly bonus scheme  Vacations starting off with 15 days upon first year of seniority instead of the 12-day period by law  Annual vacation bonus (prima vacacional) equal to 25% of your assigned paid vacation days upon reaching seniority   Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) 22 days paid instead of the 15-day period by law  Profit sharing (PTU) paid in May   Public healthcare (IMSS)  Subsidized housing (Infonavit)  Consumer credit for workers (Fonacot)     About the company   Learnlight is an EdTech company that believes in putting people first.
