Team Overview

The compliance team plays very important role in FinTech organization.

The team will be responsible with regulatory onsite-examination, and

providing the detailed advisory on how to implement reg.requirements within systems.

Role Responsibilities

This role will be responsible to design the AML program

provide AML advisory, and knows various systems and technological solutions

work with product and tech team to implement the regulatory requirements within the systems from end to end

This role should also be able to communicate effectively with the regulators, such as CNBV and Banxico.

Role Qualifications

CNBV certified AML Officer

Track records on designing AML program from ground 0, end to end

7+ years direct AML experience with heavy experience on various systems and technological solutions

Fluent communication in English

Prior Sofipo experience is a plus
