Senior Accountant - Financial Operations Specialist

About Our Financial TeamWe are a leading manufacturer of construction machinery, with operations in multiple countries.Our financial team plays a crucial role in our success by maintaining accurate and timely financial records.Responsibilities include : Registering and controlling accounting operations in SAP ERP systems.Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in compliance with MEX GAAP regulations.Performing bank reconciliations and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy.Preparation of reports under MEX GAAP and ensuring tax compliance.Assisting with external and internal audits to maintain transparency and accountability.Coordinating with various departments including AP, AR, Treasury, HR, and Sales to ensure smooth financial operations.Identifying areas for improvement in accounting processes and implementing changes to increase efficiency.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.4-6 years of experience in general accounting (GL) with a strong understanding of MEX GAAP and tax regulations.Proficiency in SAP ERP, Contpaq, and advanced Excel skills.Intermediate-advanced English language skills for effective communication.We offer : A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development in a global company environment.A dynamic and multicultural workplace that values teamwork and innovation.
