LocoLuxury is seeking a Sales Director to take command of our revenue operations and scale performance across 12+ flagship villas in Tulum.
This isn’t a back-office role — it’s built for a strategic operator who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and results. You’ll design the sales engine, build the team, and own the numbers. If you lead from the front, make data your language, and perform best when trusted to take over — we want you.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and scale all sales operations across the company with clear systems, structure, and accountability
Build a high-performance culture grounded in ownership, targets, and measurable results
Design and own the full sales engine — CRM, KPIs, pipeline management, call frameworks, reporting
Drive revenue growth through direct bookings, partnerships, and upsell initiatives
Personally close key deals and coach team members to perform at that level
Run weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance sessions
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align campaigns, pricing, and lead generation
Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
Identify opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability across villas and experiences
Requirements
~5+ years leading sales organizations or revenue teams in luxury hospitality, real estate, or travel
~ Proven track record of scaling revenue and building high-performing sales systems
~ Expert in CRMs, data-driven decision-making, and performance metrics
~ Strategic operator — can design structure, lead execution, and drive accountability
~ Relentless closer with a hands-on, lead-by-example mentality
~ Strong communicator able to align sales, marketing, and leadership around growth goals
~ Fluent in English; strong Spanish preferred
~ Based in or willing to relocate full-time to Tulum

Compensation : 50,000 MXN / month + commissions + bonuses
