Descripción del trabajo5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role. Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing organizational outcomes. Background in managing complex employee relations issues and driving talent initiatives Fluent English Skills Disposition to be on site 4 days per week
This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
