About this role
Support Partners and Principals with organizational tasks, client relationships, and business goals.
This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the office 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with clients and support staff
- Understand business objectives of supported Partners and help achieve them proactively
- Maintain and update current list of contacts and business activities in CRM database
- Track and maintain sales activity / pipeline with each Partner

Schedule internal and external meetingsCoordinate travel and accommodationDevelop understanding of Partner scheduling and travel preferencesDaily Administration :
Manage documents and project deliverablesNotify staffing and Practice EAs of extensions / re-negotiationsAct as central point of contact for assigned Principal / Partner administrative needsTimesheet and Expense Reporting :
Prepare monthly timesheets for assigned Principal / PartnerPrepare all expense reportsTeam Support :
Provide coverage for EAs who are out of the officeProvide short-term coverage for Principals / Partners during EA assignment transition or new to FirmRequirements :
Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 3 years' experience in administrative or customer service positionExperience in financial services, management consultancy, and / or professional services environment a plusTech Skills :
Excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skillsExpert knowledge of OutlookSkills and Attributes :
