eCommerce Media Strategy & Performance Manager About the Role
We're seeking a data-driven, strategic, and creative digital marketer to lead media planning and performance campaigns across key eCommerce platforms, with a focus on Walmart Connect . You'll partner with commercial and marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive sales, optimize spend, and accelerate online growth.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies aligned with business goals and budgets.
Manage performance campaigns across Walmart Connect, DSP, and other retail platforms.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Analytics) to identify growth opportunities.
Lead and mentor junior analysts, fostering best-in-class media execution.
What We're Looking For
~8+ years in eCommerce marketing or digital media planning.
~ Strong expertise in PPC / CPC / CPM models and platforms like Walmart Connect, Amazon, Google, and Meta.
~ Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
~ Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint .
~ Ability to influence across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
