The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of ITJ's marketing efforts across Commercial Growth, Talent Branding, and Strategic Initiatives like miCoach and ITJ Labs. You will manage a multidisciplinary team , coordinate project execution, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that marketing contributes measurable results — especially in pipeline growth, talent acquisition, and brand visibility.
While this role is not 100% technical , you will thrive by setting focus, empowering your team, aligning marketing with business goals, and owning the execution rhythm.
Translate company growth goals into actionable marketing plans.
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team across :
Growth Marketing (lead generation)
Talent Branding & miCoach
Team Leadership & Project Management
Manage and coach 5+ team members across Growth, Talent, Design, and Content.
Growth Marketing
Coordinate with BD to ensure Marketing-Sales funnel alignment.
Ensure use of HubSpot for tracking MQLs, lead stages, and follow-up sequences.
Talent Branding
Support the development of ITJ's employer brand positioning.
Oversee miCoach marketing campaigns, assets, events, and academic relationships.
Ensure brand alignment across content, events, and partnerships.
Review and approve content, collateral, and messaging when needed.
Coordinate ITJ's presence in community events, industry conferences, webinars, and ecosystem content .
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all ecosystem and PR activities to strengthen ITJ's binational positioning.
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing , with at least 4 years leading teams or complex projects.
~ Background in technology, software services, or life sciences / healthcare sectors ; Proven ability to translate business growth goals into pipeline-driving marketing initiatives .
~ Skilled at managing multidisciplinary teams (growth, content, design, talent marketing) and ensuring alignment with business development and leadership.
~ Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
~ Comfortable mentoring junior talent while also representing the company in ecosystem partnerships, industry events, and media opportunities .
